2025 WEIGHT LOSS PRAYER
Oh Lord God Almighty, I totally release and uproot every negative thought, action and offense consumed through my flesh. Father, sometimes I find it so hard to forgive myself on this weight loss journey, especially when I see the physical damage I have done to Your body (Psalm 103:12). Lord, I choose to concentrate on how to succeed in weight loss. Father please forgive me for the spirit of offense, I may have directed toward others or myself (Luke 17:3-4). Lord, I draw closer to you with a pure heart for the assurance of my understanding (Matthew 5:8). I am mature in my ability to process life happenings, their impacts, my responses and how I allow them to affect my life. The knowledge I obtain daily through application of your word, reveals how I can discern the spirit of food addiction and its impact on my behavior. I am cognizant of what I do and make food choices with the mind of Christ. The power of Christs’ mind supersedes all behaviors and patterns designed for immediate self-gratification to a fault. The power of Christs’ mind also provides holiness in thoughts and reactions for every choice made. I receive healing of my body inside and out. Thank you for receiving my prayer, in Jesus Christ name, Amen.

2024 WEIGHT LOSS PRAYER
Jesus Christ, I have found You through obesity,and choose to live. I know that in You, I live, move, and have my being out of this barren condition of obesity (Acts 17:28). Today, I identify and change my habits of eating and drinking and am captive to Your statutes for my life. I am reminded of Your promise: “if I walk in Your statutes, keep Your judgments, then every way I turn, I shall prosper (1 Kings 2:3).”Lord, I choose prosperity in health, as I completely surrender my will to Your ways, with a holy reverence for who I am to You. Oh how I thank you for looking past my faults, and seeing my needs (Luke 23:33-34). I have the power and strength to overcome any and all temptations set before me. I have been tempted in life in many areas, however in this area I have yielded more. I know through Your word, I can overcome temptation every time. I choose to exercise faith and conviction, in this area of my life, as I have successfully in other areas of my life. I see how You continue to shine your Holy Light upon me. I am ready to represent your Kingdom through my body and control over food. Thank you for receiving my prayers, Amen.

2023 WEIGHT LOSS PRAYER
Today Lord, I give You back Your created image of me, as I conquer, kill, and destroy the stronghold of food in my life. Please forgive me and receive my will to destroy this disease in my life. I know I can do this because You are in Me and have given me everything I need to succeed. My perception was off; You have elevated me to the top of the mountain for that’s how you see me. Today I give You a feast in celebration of leaving the old mindset and habits that so easily beset me. I know how I am today is not how You destined me in creation; yet in your infinite wisdom You still kept me. My sensitivity has increased in understanding how obedience to Your word creates intimacy. I fear not pleasing you, through not treating your vessel correctly because of overeating. I fear not changing to please you in my eating. I choose to know Your word, live it, and worship You for greater empowerment and success. Whenever or however Father You choose to draw me, I will answer. I am hungry for You Lord, knowing in the night of my life, I embrace the light of Your day. I know you are a good Father, for the blood of Jesus Christ covers me and presence of Holy Spirit strengthens me. Oh Holy and Almighty God, please receive my prayer, in the name of Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit. Amen.

2022 WEIGHT LOSS PRAYER
O Lord Most High, I may not be able to understand the course of this journey and what I may encounter, but I do understand as long as you are with me I cannot fail (Proverbs 14:29). I thank you so much for the opportunity to be lifted up out of obesity for Your Glory. I am appreciative of Jesus Christ’s suffering for my flesh habits and from the lust of food (Galatians 1:4). Lord, thank you for the honor of perfection I receive in obedience, for the turning of my ways toward Yours. I desire greater faith and stardom through Your eyes. O Savior, you are the Way, the Truth, The Life and all glory belongs to You for how You champion my weight loss success (John 14:6). I am pure in You because through correction, I gain the ability to hear You instruct me from under the influence of obesity. I can see my life right now, bearing witness through the water, blood and spirit of Jesus Christ. Holy Spirit, I follow your instructions from under the influence of food addiction. I lean on Your strength in times of feeling degraded, discouraged, despised and despondent. Thank You for hearing my prayer, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
