As you begin on your Weight Loss journey, do not forget to observe every view, from the smallest to the largest scenarios. Every aspect of the journey is important and has great rewards, if you do not miss them.

Each action becomes a scenery or snapshot, of your Weight Loss movie scene of victory. So many times we look for the obvious, but miss the simple things. Observe all the colorful facets of you and your worth along the way, including how the journey is defining and re-defining your every change and growth.

The Spiritual, Mental, Physical and Soul all have their own contributions to Weight Loss success. Remember the color and beauty of the Weight Loss Journey, is You inside and out.

Preparation for the Weight Loss Journey!

I've been on numerous diets and all were successful. Literally, I have never been on a diet that did not work. What I have found is over time, the principles of all those various eating schedules, exercise programs and will power, were limited to specific time periods.

In retrospect, I can see how I allowed life circumstances and my response to those circumstances, fuel a deeper problem than food. The food choices and overeating, was the outward result of repeated weight gain. Never start a weight loss journey, without calculating the purpose, sacrifice and maintenance plan for lasting results.

The destination of the Weight Loss Journey, is to end the dependency on food in response to various life experiences. The ability to consistently manage the journey tools, Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical responses to life’s circumstances, is the foundation for a successful Weight Loss Journey.

Weight Loss Success - Begin The Journey

When you begin any traveling journey normally you utilize helping tools, (i.e., map, navigation system, distance, destination, culture, costs, weather, etc.). Some of the same inclusions, are noted when you begin traveling a road of healing and deliverance.

The Weight Loss Journey is comparable to the above mentioned tools and yet, so much more. The Weight Loss Journey is Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical. The consideration of the above mentioned journey tools are key to understanding the journey.

The most important difference on the journey for successful weight loss, is the order of
the tools required. One’s ability to incorporate and navigate successfully with these key elements is crucial to Weight Loss success.
