Preparation for the Weight Loss Journey!

I've been on numerous diets and all were successful. Literally, I have never been on a diet that did not work. What I have found is over time, the principles of all those various eating schedules, exercise programs and will power, were limited to specific time periods.

In retrospect, I can see how I allowed life circumstances and my response to those circumstances, fuel a deeper problem than food. The food choices and overeating, was the outward result of repeated weight gain. Never start a weight loss journey, without calculating the purpose, sacrifice and maintenance plan for lasting results.

​The destination of the Weight Loss Journey, is to end the dependency on food in response to various life experiences. The ability to consistently manage the journey tools, Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical responses to life’s circumstances, is the foundation for a successful Weight Loss Journey.
